Tom Wood Powersports on 96th St. is seeking an experienced A-level motorcycle technician to join our team! Must have formal training, preferably with one of the major metric motorcycle manufacturers and/or MMI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose complex problems on multiple manufacturer's products by using latest diagnostic equipment
- Complete complex repairs within timelines specified by the manufacturer and dealership - use and operate Dynamometer
- Perform routine maintenance and assembly of new units
- Perform additional functions in the dealership as needed, including but not limited to: service writing, parts counter assistance, unit pickup and delivery, and assisting apprentice techs as needed
- Attend periodic training in remote locations as well as on-site
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal training, preferably with one of the major metric motorcycle manufacturers and or MMI.
- Should have your own tools and a minimum of three years of experience working in a franchised dealership setting.
- Must have a “sales and customer service” attitude and aptitude and be able to communicate professionally with customers
- Capable of performing well under a salary plus commission pay plan
