Description
Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood company located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a Repossession and Skip Tracing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee repossession assignments, ensuring they are conducted ethically, legally, and efficiently
- Conduct skip tracing procedures to locate customers/ and or equipment
- Ensure timely dispatch of required notices to customers
- Handle light collections duties as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Proven skip-tracing experience through prior work
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently

- Team player
- Relentlessly positive attitude
- MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean record
HELPFUL SKILLS:
- Understanding of the trucking business
- Salesforce experience
- Experience in repossessions
- Accurint experience or other skip tracing programs
- Spanish language skills
