Tom Wood Direct ensures easy car buying through a 100% online platform for car purchasing and we are growing! We are seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.
Position Info:
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Work Saturdays
- Pay: $50,000+ /year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and electronic communications
- Generate business for the Tom Wood Automotive Group
- Build a knowledge base of the company and brands
- Maintain performance standards and uphold company values
- Support team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Ensure that all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines before submitting completed documentation to lenders for approval
- Ensure the expeditious funding for all contracts
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of computers, including basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and Internet proficiency
- Ability to be analytical, problem-solve, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
