Description
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician to join our Rockford Primary Care & Pediatrics Team located in Rockford, Michigan.
Practice Features:
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids offering pediatric, adolescent, and adult healthcare
- Medical Center offers Lab, Pharmacy, OBGYN, Primary Care, Imaging and Emergency Department at the facility
- Delivers exceptional quality of care with a facility convenient for patients
- Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
- Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- 10 providers currently in the practice - 8 Physicians and 2 APPs
- Facility open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Call shared among Physicians
Qualifications:
- Experience required.
- Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
- DEA license
- BLS certification and maintain recertification.
