As a physician assistant and officer on the U.S. Army health care team, you'll be entrusted with a level of responsibility not found in most health care settings. • Health Professions Loan Repayment of up to $120,000 over three years; may be applied toward qualified education loans

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree, plus completion of an accredited physician assistant program acceptable to the Army Surgeon General
• Certification by the National Commission for Certified Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Eligibility for board certification
• Between 21 and 42 years of age (may request a waiver)
• U.S. citizenship
• Students graduating within six months, with a qualifying degree from a U.S.-accredited school, may apply for Active Army service
