We are excited to announce the opening of the NC Surgical Hospital in Summer 2024. The seven-story building has 375,000 square feet of space, allowing us to create a welcoming space for our patients and their families. The 26 new surgical spaces will accommodate the equipment used in newly developed procedures - part of our improved patient care experience. We are looking for dedicated and passionate teammates to join our One Great Team in this state-of-the-art facility.

Nursing Incentives:
*Select RN Clinical Nurse (I, II, III, IV) positions across our health system qualify for new hire incentives. Incentives can include up-to a $20,000 commitment incentive or up-to $25,000 in tuition loan forgiveness. In addition, RN Clinical Nurse (I, II, III, IV) positions are eligible for up-to $10,000 in relocation assistance (amount based on location) and our teammate referral program. Job Requirements:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina or compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
