Description

The core focus of a Senior Staff Pharmacist will be on clinical responsibilities, encompassing medication dispensing, patient counseling, and overall patient care. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Director to develop and execute projects in the realms of pharmacy informatics, patient safety, medication management, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). The Senior Staff Pharmacist actively contributes to optimizing pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate inventory management. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in advancing the pharmacy's commitment to excellence in both clinical practice and technological integration.

The expected budgeted pay scale for this position is $115,947.21 to $165,610.52 annually. Placement within the range is based on the individual's qualifications as they relate to this position (e.g., related: education, experience, licensures, certifications, etc.) and other business and organizational needs.
