Description

The CRM Developer is responsible for the implementation, data mining and business intelligence reporting for the Salesforce projects across the Jindal School. The position will help individual programs, both graduate and undergraduate, on the Salesforce platform to achieve their recruitment goals

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in communications, marketing, or other related experience.

Preferred – Microsoft Excel Certification; Salesforce Administration Certification; HTML/CSS



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead iterative needs-assessment with multiple program directors to discuss their specific needs and deliver custom solutions to optimize their workflow using CRM
  • Develop multiple web forms and collaborate with Web Services to embed them on web pages
  • Collaborate with UTD enrollment services to ensure the forms correctly feed data to the CRM
  • Create program specific online campaigns and design customized HTML/CSS emails. Ensure that email design meets UTD web policies, style and technology
  • Collaborate with Associate Director of Marketing to design email content and graphics to be used across multiple programs
  • Track online campaigns and generate reports to measure and demonstrate ROI and analyze them for future improvements. Generate custom admission/enrollment reports and dashboards to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Manage reports' access across multiple stakeholders
  • Act as a primary point of contact for end-user support. Develop and regularly update training plans, materials and documentation for stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology releases, applications, integrations and opportunities
  • Other tasks as assigned

 Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
