The department is actively recruiting for the following opportunities:

General OtolaryngologyUTMB is actively recruiting enthusiastic general otolaryngology candidates for immediate hire. This position entails opportunities to participate in all aspects of clinical practice, as well as resident and medical student teaching. This position will see patient in both the League City and Galveston clinic location. Surgical procedures are done primarily at the League City or Galveston Campuses. With a light call schedule and generous benefits, this is an outstanding opportunity in one of the fastest growing geographic regions in the country.

General/Sleep OtolaryngologyUTMB is actively recruiting enthusiastic general otolaryngology candidates with an interest in sleep medicine for immediate hire. The position will collaborate with Pulmonary Sleep Medicine to build a comprehensive sleep program to address the growing need for sleep study services. This position will see patient in both the League City and Galveston clinic location. Surgical procedures are done primarily at the League City or Galveston Campuses.

Candidate Requirements:

  • MD. or D.O. degree.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology.
  • Completion of specialty specific Otolaryngology Fellowship (when required).
  • A strong commitment to patient care, medical student, and resident education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Participation in research and scholarly activities.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Employment Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted state of Texas Medical License.
