Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build measurement capabilities to optimize marketing investments across commercial and consumer products and channels.
- Partner with marketing and line-of-business teams to develop marketing and campaign strategies.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to capture digital data and deliver behavioral insights.
- Inform the measurement and optimization of digital customer journeys to improve customer experience.
- Develop and execute a marketing-technology platform strategy, focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the development of targeting models to improve marketing efficiency.
- Lead a team of high-performing data scientists and business analysts; develop talent to increase data-driven marketing maturity by defining direction and applying best practices and tools.
