Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time Urologist who wants to build a practice working in a collaborative, collegial work environment. You'll split time between our Renton and Maple Valley clinics and spend one day per week in the OR.
About the position:
- Open to recent graduates
- Clinic Hours: 7a- 5p
- General Schedule: 5-day week to start and can transition to 4 10's; typically one weekday in OR
- Call: Typically, one weekday per week and seven weekends per year.
- Average # of patients/day: 11-17
- OR block: weekly assigned block time and can secure urgent time outside block if needed
- A team-based model approach to patient-centered care
- The team currently consists of 3 Urologists, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Physician Assistant, and you will have a designated Medical Assistant.
- BE/BC in Urology
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation Range - $400,000 - $450,000 dependent upon specialty.
Amounts listed do not include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, or extra shift incentives as applicable.
