Description

VSI Physical Therapy (formerly known as Virginia Therapy & Fitness Center) is a concierge-level outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Reston, Virginia. We are looking for a qualified full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. Our treatment model is a high-quality / low-volume model that allows each of our Physical Therapists to work one-on-one with their patients for one-hour treatment sessions.

Since 2004 VSI Physical Therapy has developed a strong reputation in the Northern Virginia region for providing exceptional care to our patients. Our clinic provides a nurturing and collaborative working environment that makes our clinic fun and professional for our patients and staff. We have a staff of 13 providers who have over 130 years of combined experience. Our physical therapy services are rounded out with 4 Patient Care Team members, Massage Therapist, and an Integrative Nutritional Counselor. VSI PT therapists are life-long learners and deliver an exceptional blend of evidence-based practice with clinical experience to provide excellent patient outcomes.

Our patients have high expectations of our staff and expect our providers to be knowledgeable experts in their field. We expect our providers to couple that knowledge with excellent customer service and make their patients a priority. VSI Physical Therapy utilizes an out-of-network model, which allows our providers not to be bound by insurances dictating treatment selections based on reimbursement. We hire only the best-in-class physical therapists who are dedicated to being on the leading edge of emerging treatment concepts, embrace a desire to learn, ability to deliver advanced manual therapy techniques blended with specific therapeutic exercises to optimize the manual therapy provided, and demonstrate compassion and excellent customer service skills. VSI is looking for motivated physical therapists looking to make a difference and live our mission to ‘Improve Lives'. Our providers are independent and accountable physical therapists who also have access to excellent facilities, equipment, resources, and the support of our entire organization to deliver the highest quality PT available. VSI Physical Therapy also encourages our providers to develop new programs and niches in physical therapy that they have a personal interest in pursuing.
