Perform reception duties including, but not limited to:
Patient check in/out, payment posting, prepare chart prior to visit, schedule new and existing patients, answer telephone inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and other providers, authorizations, referrals, submit necessary paperwork to insurance companies, workers' compensation, etc., obtain data from outside providers. *CA
Must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate proper telephone etiquette. Be able to multi-task and prioritize information. Candidate must be a team player and be able to adapt to changing processes and requirements.
