Job Summary

The Provider Network Coordinator provides superior customer service by responding to client inquiries about network providers. This position is responsible for daily turnaround of pending documentation from providers and helps to educate clinics and medical providers regarding client requirements.

 

This is a temporary position anticipated to last approximately 3 months.

 

There are four positions, all Monday-Friday, one on each shift:

  • 8:00am-4:30pm EST
  • 8:30am-5:00pm EST
  • 10:00am-7:30pm EST
  • 11:30am-8:00pm EST

Candidates can be located in any time zone as long as they're willing to work the hours of the position.


Responsibilities

  • Work with daily dashboard to contact clinics to obtain information regarding client visits.
  • Track clinic paperwork, and if it is not received, escalate the request to the next level.
  • Enter no shows into the system.
  • Email WorkCare nurse case managers and drug and alcohol department representative when there are no shows for appointments of testing that has not been completed.
  • Verify that paperwork has not already been received.
  • Meet company/client deadlines and company goals.
  • Performs additional duties and assumes additional responsibilities as identified by supervisor for the efficient operation of WorkCare.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • -or- one to three years related experience and/or training
    • -or- equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality; critical thinking skills; make independent decisions in accordance with company policy and procedures; and take initiative on issues that arise daily.
    • Demonstrate civility - employee shall work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
    • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
    • The ability to create and edit written materials; the ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
    • Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly individual performance goals.
    • Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
  • Computer Skills
    • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed.
  • Physical Demands
    • Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk. Some bending and stretching may be required. Working under stress and use of telephone required. Manual dexterity required for use of calculator and computer keyboard. The employee may occasionally be required to walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.
  • Work Environment
    • The noise level is usually moderate. 
    • Air quality is good, and temperature is controlled.
    • Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction, noise level is acceptable, temperature is controlled. At home set up must meet all Company IT, privacy and safety requirements.

Additional Job Information

The salary for this position is $16.00 per hour.
