Yardi is seeking a motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our Corum Systems Canada team. In this role, you will promote and sell Yardi Corom, an advanced software designed to streamline and optimize expense lease management, and Yardi Facility Manager, a CMMS built to maintain peak property performance and improve property maintenance across client portfolios.

Yardi Corom offers lease administration, real estate transaction management, and lessee accounting, providing a comprehensive solution to support the lease management needs of occupiers. Yardi Facility Manager includes work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment management, inspections, inventory, a vendor and tenant portal, scheduling tools, and a mobile app for technicians—a full suite of products to support property care and related equipment.

We are seeking a dynamic hunter who can successfully identify leads in an emerging market segment in Canada. As an Account Executive your primary focus will be on prospecting for new clients and deeply immersing yourself in the corporate real estate market to build the Yardi brand and increase awareness of our products. Additionally, you will provide after-sales client support and relationship management. This role covers a national territory, with a focus on key commercial markets in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive New Client Acquisition and Sales: Utilize your expertise to proactively prospect, conduct thorough research, and identify and qualify new sales opportunities in an emerging market.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs for each assigned prospect or client.
  • Engaging Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative in-person or web meetings with executive-level leadership, showcasing product demonstrations and roadshows at the required frequency and quality standards.
  • Complete Sales Cycle Management: Execute end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, effective discovery, goal setting, strategic pricing, packaging, positioning, managing RFPs, negotiating contracts, handling licensing files, and successfully closing deals.
  • Marketing Participation: Actively participate in marketing events to effectively promote our comprehensive range of products and services, driving brand awareness and new client acquisition.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy Execution: Regularly review individual account and pipeline reports weekly, analyze performance reports monthly, and engage in monthly meetings with management to ensure proper execution of the sales strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Sales Cycle Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of sales cycle management, including lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Five (5+) years of successful sales experience.
  • ERP and SaaS sales experience.
  • A Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accounting, Facilities Maintenance, &/or Property Management experience.
  • Initiative and motivation to succeed.
  • Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel required.
  • Conversational French is considered an asset.

Salary $85,000 - $90,000 CAD
