Join our vibrant Yardi Canada team as a Marketing Associate! In this exciting role, you'll manage logistics for regional events, organize marketing materials, and build strong relationships with industry associations. You'll also assist with special event preparations, keep our CRM system updated, and provide essential administrative support. Be part of a dynamic marketing team and play a key role in our success!

What You'll Do:

  • Use your strong organizational skills to manage logistics for small to mid-size regional events (booth orders, staff training, outlook calendars, payments etc.)
  • Organize the marketing material for the Canadian office.
  • Use your excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with industry associations.
  • Provide assistance with special event preparations (mailings, orders, RSVPs, etc.).
  • Work effectively in the CRM system and keep management apprised of updates and issues.
  • Provide other administrative support as needed.
  • Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members across the marketing organization.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing or related degree with event management focus
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or event coordination setting or equivalent degree or internship experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Awesome written and verbal communication skills
  • Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
  • Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong internal motivation and the ability to produce results.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends for client events and trade shows.
  • Must be able to commit to 20% travel across the US and Canada.

Salary $64,200 - $72,225 CAD
