Salary

Undergrad - $20.00 per hour

Grad - $22.00 per hour

 

Position Summary

Company is looking for a qualified intern to join our Real Estate team. Our Real Estate department is pivotal for the continuity of our business.  This department oversees Real Estate nationwide which includes leasing, renewals, opening/closing buildings, and property management of over 8million sqft of Industrial Space. That enables us to provide best in class services to major companies nationwide.  We seek an intern who can participate in various stages of real estate operations, organization, development, and enhancement.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, be able to handle several assignments concurrently, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Industrial Real Estate, and in-depth understanding Contract Logistics.

Candidate will be tasked and trained on the following areas of responsibilities:

  • Assemble our Monthly Real Estate Dashboard
  • Assist in obtaining Business Licenses for our current buildings and yards.
  • Assist with our Usable square footage project which involves measuring our buildings in the southern California area.
  • Attending various meetings which include our brokers, other departments, and upper management.
  • Intern will oversee our Racked Square footage project which requires measuring the racked space in each of our buildings with our assistance.
  • Assist with lease administration database updates.
  • Assist with various tasks as they come up.

 

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

 

Company is looking for an undergraduate student who preferably is majoring in Business, Logistics, Contract Logistics, Sales, Business Development, and/or Logistics Engineering. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web usage, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Requirements for Undergraduate Students

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student (minimum of 12 semester hours)
    • Must have a minimum of 60 credit hours
    • Must be in good academic standing

     

    Requirements for Graduate Students

    • Must be currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university leading to an advanced degree in a related field
    • Must be in good academic standing

Time frame: Period of up to 12 months.

Based on program details such as schedule and hours, interns are may be eligible for Paid Holidays, accrue vacation and participation of 401K plan.
