Operating a hospital is more than IV bags and trauma rooms. One might be surprised by the number of people – and the hats they wear – who work behind the scenes to make sure a hospital runs smoothly and safely for our patients, visitors and staff. Each one plays a critical role and is part of a team to ensure the best care for our patients.

The Sterile Processing Lead Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality and inventory of health care instrumentation and equipment. Their work ensures that patients avoid infections and that doctors, nurses and allied health professionals are able to access the instrumentation and equipment they need immediately.  Additionally, the incumbent in this position will have some supervisory responsibilities by overseeing staff and ensuring tasks are completed throughout the day.  The preferred candidate for this position will have a minimum of two year's experience as a certified Sterile Processing Technician.

We currently have a full-time opportunity at our Banner North Colorado Medical Center, for a Sterile Processing Lead Technician, working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm .  Some holidays and call shifts are required.
