Job Description

Execute multi-channel campaigns including segmentation, design, and reporting. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build multi-channel marketing journeys including email, direct mail, SMS, phone call/IVR, and mobile/SMS messaging. Perform day-to-day marketing operations including campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment. Partner with agile, cross-functional teams to drive successful campaign execution. Analyze data from digital marketing programs to develop internal best practices by researching email and mobile engagement statistics. Utilize SQL for audience and list segmentation, as well as contact management. Contribute to agile environment by identifying opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity. Coordinate the digital engagement role for member journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Einstein, and Web Studio. Build member facing cloud pages using web development scripts including HTML/CSS and Javascript. Leverage Postman for API testing and integration with data storage platforms including Hadoop. Implement marketing solutions in HTML/CSS, SQL, server side Javascript (SSJS), Ampscript, Web Services, JSON, SOAP and REST.

Requirements

 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

 

Minimum 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance lifecycle e-mail programs and streamline their business processes on the Salesforce marketing cloud platform utilizing web standards and email protocols including cookies, HTTP, SMTP, XML, and JSON. Previous experience must include introducing new functionality to stakeholders to enhance their Salesforce use and streamline their business processes; and using skills, tools, and technologies including AMPScript, Javascript, SFMC Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Dynamic Content areas, HTML, Unix, SQL, Web Services, SOAP, and REST.
