Job Title: Project Manager - Sales & Marketing

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metro Area

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role: Our customer is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team in the DFW metro area. This role requires a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic. You will be responsible for managing projects and supporting sales and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee various projects within the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Adobe tools to support project management and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners as needed.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of one (1) year of project management experience.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
    • Experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
  • Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in French for business purposes is preferred but not required.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, and Adobe.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently located in the DFW metro area or willing to relocate at own expense (no relocation assistance provided).
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
