Sr. Consultant, Content & Web Operations, Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Length: 3 Months (Contract Only at this time)
Type: Contract W2
Pay Rate: $33.00/hr. (W2)
Schedule: Standard
Interview Process: Virtual or Onsite

The Sr. Consultant, Content & Web Operations, is responsible for the intake of work assignments and helps to assess, categorize, prioritize and assign all incoming project requests for the Content Marketing and Web Strategy/Publishing Team. This role tracks progress of all project requests coming through the department to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet business needs.

Primary job duties include the following:

  • Ensure all requirements for incoming project requests are clearly defined and adhere to the current process. This includes creation of projects as well as identification of resource needs, scheduling personnel, and project management as appropriate.
  • Assign teams and communicate needs to working teams or customer as needed.
  • Plans and tracks deadlines with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery of all creative/content materials, including print, digital (web), interactive and social.
  • Helps to manage project development process for low business initiatives from initiation to closure as well as foundational work for our business units.
  • Assists with customer estimates and communicates project status with partners and vendors as needed.
  • Helps to manages the smooth and seamless intake and workflow processes for the Content Marketing and Web Strategy/Publishing Team.
  • Facilitate approval process through Workfront for content marketing deliverables ensuring compliance with Advertising and Marketing Materials policy.
  • Manage content marketing operations including, content review process and project management, in order to effectively communicate to business partners and ensure the delivery of final, approved assets to Web operations team for final publishing process.

  • Able to work with multiple clients on marketing campaigns and creative development.
  • Proven ability to build strong internal team/client relationships and be a team player.
  • Successfully work in a matrix organization.
  • Must have solid customer service skills/abilities.
  • Must be able to resolve conflicts peacefully and productively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task assignments.
  • Strong communications skills -- oral, written, and presentation.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and have a “can-do, whatever it takes to get it done” attitude.
