The Challenge

Qualtrics is seeking a HRIS Administrator to join the Total Rewards team. As the HRIS Administrator you will be responsible for the continued adoption and growth of SuccessFactors through the entire company. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HRIS experience (SuccessFactors preferred), then this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Expectations for Success

The position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SuccessFactors to ensure that it remains current and serves the needs for all its users. You will be in charge of the administration of core HR functions within SuccessFactors, including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Manager, Employee Self-service, and Employee Onboarding/Offboarding. To be successful, you will need to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts, bring business insights, and drive process improvements. Attention to detail and mindfulness of the big picture is critical for success in this role.

A Day in the Life
  • Responsible for security, administration, maintenance, reporting and auditing of employee data in SuccessFactors.
  • Support the set up and maintenance and configuration of organization and position management, business processes, job profiles, grades and salary structures.
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards as they apply to the SuccessFactors system.
  • Serve as strategic business partner with the organization. Developing reports and processes to drive efficiency and improve employee experiences.
  • Manage the creation of integrations with third party vendors to provide necessary data.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years SuccessFactors experience
  • Collaborate closely cross-functionally
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications.
  • A history of running and supporting successful projects.
