The Challenge

Qualtrics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Finance team. We are a goal-oriented team that works hard and enjoys the incredible trajectory that Qualtrics provides. A Day in the Life
  • Assist in the preparation of Federal, state, and international income tax returns
  • Manage sales and use tax processes within the Avalara platform
  • Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures required under GAAP and IFRS
  • Handle the monthly and quarterly close process for tax-related items
  • Research, analyze and interpret tax laws and provide written memoranda on various transactions and value-added projects
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies and improve the quality of the team's work product
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience with an emphasis in taxation
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills - both oral and written
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Taxation
  • CPA License
  • Big 4 firm experience
  • International tax experience
  • Sales tax and/or VAT experience
  • Working knowledge of ASC 740
