SAIC is seeing a Knowledge Management/Collaboration Specialist to play a key role is communicating and setting up a new capability within the customer's organization to build a community of interest (COI) and share best practices. The specialist will perform outreach, facilitate and capture information from sessions with COI members, generate original content, partner with website lead and communication team to create platforms, newsletters, and other opportunities to share information with the COI. Strong written and verbal communications are essential as the position requires working directly with subject matter experts and technical specialists and capturing details of processes and best practices. A background in training and development, communications, experience with human-centered design and other methodologies will ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Active/Current TS/SCI & Poly
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with knowledge management/collaboration or related field, with strengths in communications and/or a background in training
  • Proven ability to build a Community of Interest (COI)
  • Experience with the organization's suite of collaboration tools, websites, and enterprise resources that may be available to support activities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops and other COI activities

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer space, CONUS and OCONUS operational support components
  • Knowledge of social media, internet platforms, applications, and capabilities
  • Experience in the development and delivery of training and training programs
  • Bachelor's Degree
