The Operations Leadership Team (OLT) Administrative Assistant works in support of the Executive Director (ED)fvgbhyujn7, UCOP Operations and the OLT, reporting directly to the Executive Director, UCOP Operations. This position provides administrative support including: scheduling for ED Ops, the OLT, the Program Director and the Project Manager, Operational Services, and frequent interaction with Admin Assts of UCOP senior leaders. The position also provides meeting support, general coordination support, and plays an important role in keeping the fast-paced Operations department and Operational Services projects running smoothly. The Administrative Assistant acts as a gatekeeper and coordinator and will have regular interaction with managers and supervisors.
The administrative assistant will work with a high degree of service focus, professionalism, and discretion supporting a team which has significant operations and project responsibilities and requires support in ensuring smooth flow of scheduling, logistics, and operations. The incumbent should demonstrate the ability to use good judgment, propose solutions, work independently. The position requires a high level of client service focus, dependability, accuracy, timeliness, and initiative.
