The primary responsibility of the Representative - TM Relations (Representative - Team Member Relations) is listen to, evaluate and resolve team member grievances, issues, concerns, questions, with regard to communication and/or policies and procedures. The Representative - TM Relations is an advocate for the team members. Representatives - TM Relations are available to talk to team members and managers at any time. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Act as an advocate for assigned team members.
  • Review the progressive discipline for assigned departments to insure consistency and fairness.
  • Track and analyzes procedural and behavioral infractions and incidents to identify training opportunities.
  • Available for team member consultation at the convenience of the team member.
  • Direct department managers in development and enforcement of departmental Standards of Operation.
  • Investigate all Level I and Level II violations to Rules of Conduct within 48 hours.
  • Charged with the ensuring the consistent implementation of company policies and procedures and determines if there is compliance.
  • Draft investigative reports associated with infractions.
  • Make recommendation for type of progressive discipline up to and including termination.
  • Work with Surveillance to secure surveillance video tape for investigatory purposes when appropriate.
  • Prepares for and conducts Due Process Meetings, Peer Reviews, interviews, investigations and mediations to resolve all matters in a timely fashion.
  • Meet with the divisional directors on a quarterly basis (once they have met with department head) to provide departmental updates, communication roadblocks and to obtain feedback on departmental goals.
  • Prepare unemployment paperwork, EEOC/PHRC timelines, confidential investigative files, reviews counseling's and performance paperwork, participates in department panel interviews, assists with other areas of Human Resources and in team member events.
  • Assist with preliminary pre-screening interviews and processing.
  • Assist Specialists - Recruitment with any special needs/requests (online job boards, ad requests).
  • Represent Wind Creek at career/job fairs.
  • Possess a working knowledge of all department and company policies and procedures and Rules of Conduct and must enforce the same.
  • Manage staff and organize department functions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Delegate tasks and department assignments or projects, meeting deadlines related to those assignments.
  • Direct others in completion of a task or assignment. Render advice, and provide expertise or judgment based on information gathered, studied, analyzed or reviewed.
  • Arrange timeline to complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
  • Work on actual project or service to help achieve the objectives of the department.
  • Evaluate information to render an opinion or take action based on that information that will impact the department or function.
  • Focus on achieving the goals or objectives of the department.
  • Evaluate the schedule or timelines related to the completion of assignments, while maintaining service and/or product quality.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all PGCB rules, regulations and Internal Controls applicable to your position.
  • Must read and understand Wind Creek's Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan with regards to how to conduct business in this position and specifically the regulations prohibiting service to minors and/or intoxicated persons.
