We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Parkland Medical Center which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare. Schedule: Full Time Days, 7a-7p, rotating weekends and holidays. We're currently offering up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus for this position with one year of RN experience and two year commitment required.

On our 12-bed Progressive Care Unit you will be a part of an amazing team providing care to the hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients not requiring mechanical ventilation. As part of our exceptional nursing staff, you will care for patients who are relatively stable, but you will also provide a higher level of critical care skill sets for potential deteriorating conditions. You will be joining a valued team of skilled nurses who have a positive attitude fostering a culture of accountability with safe nursing practice in a team environment.

Job Summary and Qualifications What will you do in this role:

· You will provide attentive and compassionate patient care to individuals who need close monitoring

·Demonstrate nursing skills for vascularization, carotid endarterectomy, diabetic ulcer, renal failure, DVT and intermediate surgical intervention

·You will provide assessment and intervention tools for deteriorating conditions

·Collaborate in an environment that has innovative technologies, procedures and equipment to help our patients

·In this role, you will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative environment

·Skillfully instruct and educate patients and family members

What qualifications you will need:

·Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

·Registered Nurse (RN) License in New Hampshire or valid Compact State License

·BLS(American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)

·ACLS(American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross) – within 6 months

·One year of acute care nursing with Telemetry experience is preferred

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
