We do state of the art work and have a cadre of outstanding professionals on our team.   The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs.   IWSG staff support a variety of tasks including support and completion of major technical reviews; producing required acquisition documentation; performing radar performance analysis; managing program needs and external requirements; and ensuring the right resources are provided to the right priorities at the right time. This full-range of support services allows our customers to successfully award, execute, and manage new and existing contracts in a timely manner, enabling the development and delivery of highly capable and reliable systems to the Fleet on time and within budget.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting a radar project manager or equivalent
  • 8+ years experience providing programmatic or technical support
  • Ability to maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance

Desired Qualification:

  • Microwave tube and solid state technology experience


We are seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to provide programmatic and technical subject matter expertise to a Navy Radar Project Manager.

Your primary role and responsibilities will be to work in close coordination with the Radar Project Manager to prepare briefs, Navy correspondence, issue papers, and document engineering changes while coordinating across Navy organizations, field activities, and industry. You will be expected to maintain program schedules ensuring the successful development and fielding of radar upgrades.

A successful candidate must have radar and AEGIS Combat System experience with the ability to provide sound program and technical management recommendations to the Project Manager.
